Wrap the garbage bag around the canister above the bucket and then grab a hold of the filter and shake the hell out of it for 30 seconds. Do this a couple of times and then you are good to go. You would be better off to set it up to use disposable bags instead of using a filter like a barbarian.

This is exatly what I did, couple of tweaks tho. I use dual receiver so I can add/use the winch while my trailer is still connected, ( I pull my motorcycle up onto the trailer, also makes it easier unloading 850lbs) also I mad jumper cables more permanent with Anderson quick connects, both on the battery & the winch, so all I do is connect the the cable on both ends to supply power to the winch, works flawless!

I ordered the "one day" turnaround kit for $39.55 off Amazon and received it quickly. I sent the results off and according to the Post Office it arrived May 10th. I STILL HAVE NO RESULTS. I have sent them numerous messages through their website. There is no phone number to call on the website or the package they sent. I just sent them another message and if they don't respond at all I will be disputing my credit card and taking further action. What a waste of time and money.

Shouldn't you put in your skimmer basket and use a vacuum plate rather than plugging the vacuum hose directly into the bottom of the skimmer? I would think using the skimmer basket and plate would prevent sucking debris into your sand filter.

This is called a hack method. This method could damage the conductors depending on the type of cable. It works fine (as illustrated) fir fixture wire but I would fail you as an inspector if I saw this method implemented in the field.
